What I'm Brandstorming This Week
I’ve been thinking about leadership—the kind that makes or breaks an organization. It’s not just about what leaders do. It’s about how they’re perceived by the people who matter.
I’m also kicking off a new section: What I’m Brandstorming About This Week. Scroll down for some of my faves, flops, links, and recs.
Do You Walk The Talk?
As a leader, you’re the chief flag-waver.
How people perceive you isn’t just about you. It’s the lens through which they decide whether the mission you’re championing is worth believing in.
The best leaders don’t just carry the message—they are the message. When your leadership aligns with the purpose you’re rallying people around, it creates clarity and momentum that make others want to follow. And that’s where real change happens.
It’s about becoming the embodiment of what your organization stands for. Because if people can’t connect with you as the face of your enterprise, they’re not going to connect with your mission either.
Does your leadership directly reflect and have impact on the belief, energy, and trust your stakeholders have in the mission?
When you get that alignment right, people don’t just get behind you—they get behind the work.
